The CISO team at Fort assisted FintechOS by maintaining and strengthening the information security management system, providing recommendations and plans for modifying and improving the internal information security management system, maintenance of the internal IT risk management process and planning measures to remedy risks identified by internal/external audits or penetration tests, thus creating a robust security framework, with comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
For ensuring a solid security governance model, the CISO team at Fort assisted FintechOS by updating the formal framework (internal policies and procedures) in accordance with changes in internal processes, participation in meetings with clients or partners of the Beneficiary that require information on the internal information security management system and periodical reviews of both the Security Incident Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan and testing.
